The value is determined by supply and demand. If demand moves high faster than supply, so there's a big potential the price goes up.

As a matter of fact the emerging world of crytocurrency with the introduction of remint real estate operations in crypto currency exchange will go a long way when successful to solving the bottle necks in real estate operations. It will eliminate the bank problems, agents increasing prices in the name of facilitators and middle men. It will also make it easier for someone to purchase properties from any part of the world easily.

Uber au commencement en France il c'est confronté aux chauffeurs de Taxi ce qui a fait un grand bruit puisque les chauffeurs de Taxi devaient acheter une licence dès centaines de milliers d'euros, alors que pour devenir un chauffeur Uber c'était juste 2 semaines de formation pour 600 euros.

Le Remint sera confronté aux Notaire qui eux aussi achete des licences des centaines de milliers d'euros et qui ont un coût de plus de 10% sur l'achat ou la vente immobilière.

Je pense que le Remint sera le Rbnb de demain qui sera confronté comme Uber à été confronté.

Les gouvernements ne sont pas bête, éliminer les intermédiaires redonne aux peuples plus de pouvoirs d'achats sans sortir aucune sommes d'argent.

Mes le chemin est pour les patients, puisque tout vient à qui sait attendre
