Lock airdrop tokens and Remint Fund

How is the RemintFund mechanism, I think this is interesting, can you give an idea of how it is...

Where does token liquidity come from?

If later the RemintFund feature is live on the platform, do airdrop pre-miners have to buy a Remint token or have to buy a debit card in order to participate or... are there other requirements?

I would like to know the difference regarding...
1. The pre-miner locks a large number of tokens and then gets a reward later
2. The function of the RemindFund feature to get rewards
